Congratulations on yow election to the Council representing the Ocean Viecv/ Kau
area this past November.
1 have been very much envolved in the Kahuku Pazk upgrade over the last hvo years
and in the community of Ocean View for [he last 15 years.
Noticed }roar introduction ofBills 29 thru 33 for the February• 3rd Council session
and would like information on Bill 31, ttte Ocean View Transfev Recycling Center
Please provide me with yotu proposal on this matter including information on the
location, type of refuse vehicle and recycling operation.
Would recommend that the community have a chance to be informed with input
before plans are implemented as to-o Councilpersons (Santangelo/Makuakane)
have floated this proposal previously.
This recycling transfer station is a much needed project in our area as littering is
a big factor traveling to the nearest existing stations andjust plain dumping in
the Ocean View area is a problem.
