SUBJECT: Request for executive session.
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, I am requesting an
attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with Corporation
Counsel regarding liability on repair and maintenance of County assets.
I am requesting that this discussion involve the presence of the Corporation Counsel and
the Assistant Corporation Counsel; the Director and Deputy Director of the Department
of Parks and Recreation; the Director and the Deputy Director of the Department of
Public Works; and the Risk Management Officer.
I ask that this be placed on the Council agenda for October 15, 2014, at 11 a.m. and that it
be scheduled for at least one hour.
