Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties,privileges, immunities, and liabilities
regarding the above-entitled matter, a lawsuit for damages filed on July 25, 2013. We ask that
this case be placed on the Council's October 15, 2014, agenda.
