AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14-82, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14-82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Painted Church Road Safety Improvements
(110.388.5386.23) $ 142,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $ 142,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
