SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 103, Draft 2: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER
19, ARTICLE 10, SECTION 19-75, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE (2005
EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO EXEMPTION, PERSONS WHO
ARE BLIND, DEAF, AND/OR TOTALLY DISABLED.
Bill No. 103 was amended by the contents of Communication No. 361.2, as amended, as duly
approved by the Committee on Finance at its meeting.
Prior to approving the amendment, the Committee on Finance amended Communication No.
361.2 to remove "(c)" as attached to "section 19-71" to make clear that the provision applies to
Section 19-71 in its entirety.
Please place Bill No. 103, Draft 2, on the October 15, 2014, Council agenda for first reading.
