Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project <br /> titled "DPR Waimea District Park Master Plan Implementation", and to appropriate $4,000,000 to <br /> the Capital Budget. The state funding requires a County match of$4,000,000, which will be <br /> accomplished by using an appropriation established in the FY2013-14 Capital Budget. <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation requests that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee, and be placed on the October 15, 2014 Council Agenda in order to expedite this <br /> project.
