We have been apprised of the present status of the dedication of the subdivision
improvements of Sunrise Ridge II to the County of Hawaii. We understand that you were also
apprised of the status by Mr. Gary Hiyoto, President of the Sunrise Ridge II Homeowners
Association.

reasons outlined by Mr. Hiyoto.
