FC-44 October 14, 2014 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 546-14: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR MOBILE DATA TERMINALS TO BE USED BY THE HAWAII COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year lease agreement for 100 mobile data terminals at an approximate cost of$180,000 per year. Reference: Comm. 1074 Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 194: AMENDS CHAPTER 21, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 21-32 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BILLING OF CHARGES; PAYMENT; LATE PENALTY Authorizes the Department of Water Supply to terminate water services for non- payment of sewer services charges when so directed by the Director of Environmental Management after due notice and opportunity for a hearing before the Environmental Management Commission, and the resolution of any appeal therefrom, as provided by Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Each video submittal shall be limited to a single agenda item. Video submittals may contain up to three individual testifiers and shall each be up to three minutes in length.
