Transmitted herewith for Council's approval is a resolution authorizing the Grant of
Easement for the above referenced property for drainage and slope purposes on the subject
property needed for the Kapiolani Street Extension, Lanikaula Street to Mohouli Street Project.
This easement contains an area of 62 square feet identified as TMK: (3) 2-4-056:021
(portion) from the State of Hawai`i, Hawai`i Public Housing Authority to the County of Hawai`i.
Also attached are nine copies of a location map, metes and bounds, and copies of
approval letters from the various departments concerned.

There is no sewer planned in this part of Kapiolani Street Extension. This appears to be a DPW
project. WWD suggests that DPW may want to check the metes&bounds information since
they are designating the drainage easement. If you have any questions,please contact Dora
