Our family owns one of the vacant lots in the subdivision.
We have been apprised of the present status of the dedication of
the subdivision improvements of Sunrise Ridge II to the County.
We understand that you were also apprised of the status by
Mr. Gary Hiyoto, President of the Sunrise Ridge II Homeowners
Association.
We urge you to favorably consider the acceptance of the
improvements for the same reasons outlined by Mr. Hiyoto. Thank
you for your consideration of this matter.
