AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 14 -81, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2015.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14 -81, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

010.3309.16 Federal Grants — Hamakua Broadband Assess Prog General $ 40,000
Total $ 40,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is /are hereby appropriated to the following
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon
completion of the grant program(s).
