CREW CAB PICKUP TRUCK FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement at an approximate cost
of $800 per month. The County will own the vehicle at the end of the lease.

PROPERTY FOR THE EXISTING HOUSING DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement to begin February 1,
2015, for property located at 1990 Kino‘ole Street, Suites 104 and 105, in Hilo. The
rent will remain at the current rate from February 1, 2015, through June 30, 2015, and
will be set at $9,166.21 for the remainder of the lease.
