Lee, via Communication No. <br /> 1101, dated September 19, 2014, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-279, <br /> Schedule 27 (Parking on pavement prohibited at all times), subsection (F), Kona, of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) by adding new item and renumbering as <br /> required: <br /> O Marlin Road <br /> ( ) Ono Road <br /> This amendment fulfills a request to restrict parking on Marlin Road and Ono Road due to <br /> people parking and encroaching into the travel way. <br /> Mr. Kanuha reiterated the testimonies provided by two area residents that people do park in these <br /> narrow and very congested roads.
