Article 10, Section 19 -71of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
Amended), Relating to Eligibility to Claim Property as a Principal Home
Please find attached Bill No. 292, Draft 3. Bill No. 292, Draft 2, was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 1045.5, as duly approved by the Council on November 7,
2014.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that legislation substantially
amended on final reading be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and passed Bill
No. 292, Draft 3, on second and final reading.
