Re: Resolution No. 31-99, Draft 2
Attached is Resolution 31-99, Draft 2, which accepts the dedication of roadway lots within
Sunrise Ridge Increment II Subdivision from Sunrise Ridge II Partners, specifically identified as
Tax Map Keys (3)2-3-43-010, 2-4-67-039, and 2-4-67-040, to the County of Hawaii. Road,
drainage, and sewage improvements have been completed according to County of Hawaii
standards and are in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code. The Hawaii County
Charter, Article XIII, section 13-12, provides that the Council may accept gifts which include the
dedication of land on behalf of the County of Hawaii.
Please note that Draft 2 deletes all references to "Sunrise Ridge II Homeowners Association." In
the title section and in the first whereas clause, "Sunrise Ridge II Homeowners Association" is
replaced by "Sunrise Ridge II Partners"; and in the third whereas clause "Sunrise Ridge II
Homeowners Association" is deleted and not replaced.
