Subject : Referral of Bill No. 195 for Review and Recommendation by the Director
of the Department of Environmental Management and the Environmental
Management Commission
The Environmental Management Commission's (EMC) and the Director of the Department of
Environmental Management fully support the approval of Bill No. 195 as it will align the rates
charged by the Department of Environmental Management with other county departments'
interest rates.
