Re: Amend Bill 320
Bill 320 was transmitted to Council on October 23, 2014. This bill, to appropriate funds from
the Housing Fund's Fund Balance, contained an error. Specifically, it references the General
Fund rather than the Housing Fund.
Attached is an amendment to Bill 320 which correctly references the Housing Fund. Please
replace the former bill, with this corrected version.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 14 -81, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, WITH RESPECT TO THE HOUSING FUND, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 2015.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14 -81, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
