SUBJECT: SUNRISE RIDGE INCREMENT II -Dedication of Sewer Lines

The County of Hawaii Wastewater Division entered into a Settlement Agreement with
Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company regarding the existing damaged Sewer Lines
in the Sunrise Ridge Increment II Subdivision.
Under terms of the Settlement Agreement, Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company
agreed to provide the necessary materials for the repair work and reimbursed the
Wastewater Division for its labor costs associated with the repair work.
Repair work on the Sewer Lines was completed by the Wastewater Division on January
19, 2000. As such, the Wastewater Division recommends acceptance of the dedication of
the sewer lines to the County of Hawaii.
