Hello Council members,
Please support Bill 281 for more review of Planned Unit Developments. As you know, a PUD at Waikaku'u that
would have destroyed an old- growth native forest sparked a costly, time - consuming lawsuit. More review and
public input could help avoid future lawsuits and protect special places.
