Subject: oppose Bill 278 rezone for pumping co.
Hello Council members,
Please do the following:
. have the applicant and County staff explain publicly how a single - family home morphed into a warehouse for
a sewage business with a politically connected owner
require corrective actions to protect neighbors who never expected to be living next to this facility
impose penalties to discourage copycats
revamp Planning and Public Works procedures, which are obviously dysfunctional
