Aloha Councilmembers!
Unpaid sewer bills need to be dealt with, without turning off water supply. Turning off a water supply should never be
done — it is completely unsafe and unsanitary. Maybe adding the balance due to the annual property taxes is one
solution. There may be several other solutions.
