Funds would be used to implement the Resources Match software program, which facilitates the intake, screening, and referral process to connect low-income people to different government programs, community-level services, and financial products. Funds for the project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($9.6 million). Funds would be used to plan and construct an Office of the Prosecuting Attorney building on the grounds of the West Hawai‘i Civic Center.
