We are transmitting for the Council's review and
consideration for acceptance original and one copy of the
above dedication deed.
The description has been checked by the Department of
Public Works and found to be acceptable. The Department of
Public Works also advises that the roadways have been
constructed according to County of Hawaii standards. Since
the subdivision has also received recordation approval from
the Planning Department, we solicit your favorable consideration.
Upon acceptance of the above dedication deed, please
notify Mr. Ralph S. Aoki, Trustee of Kalapana Seaview
Estates, Inc., 460 Ena Road, Room 409, Honolulu, Hawaii
96815.
