KALAPANA SEAVIEW ESTATES, INC.
UNITS III AND IV, KEEKEE-KAHENA, PUNA
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess
dated September 18, 1978, submitting for
acceptance the subject dedication deed.
Informs the description has been checked
and found to be acceptable by the Department
of Public Works; also that the roadways
have been constructed according to County
standards;
recommends that the Council accept the roadways dedication deed
for the Kalapana Seaview Estates, Inc., Units III and IV,
Keekee-Kahena, Puna, and that the document be forwarded to the
Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
