Nakamae, Director of Finance, dated May 13, 1974, submitting for consideration and adoption a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to call for bond redemption, in accordance with Section 5.5 of Ordinance 350: Approve and recommend adoption of Resolution 220. 'No. 572.1: SIDEWALK SALE - HILO SWIM CLUB From Bruce McCall, Managing Director, dated May 9, 1974, asking consideration of the request by the Hilo Swim Club to conduct a sidewalk sale on May 18, 1974 at the following corners: Haili/Keawe and Haili/Kamehameha, and in front of Kress Store on Kamehameha Avenue: Approve request of the Hilo Swim Club to conduct a sidewalk sale on May 18, 1974• No. 776: H.R. 66 --ABANDONED AUTO PROGRAM From George M. Takane, Clerk, House of Representatives, dated April 3, 1974, transmitting a copy of House Resolution No. 66 requesting the counties to develop an abandoned auto program: 776.1: From Edward Harada, Chief Engineer, dated April 29, 1974, responding to H.R. 66. No. 805: PROPOSED REALIGNMENT OF ALII DRIVE IN KONA From Henry K. Boshard dated April 23, 1974, informing that after considering the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed realignment of Alii Drive and the widening of the old scenic route, it is their firm belief that Alii Drive is the better route by a considerable margin and for the reasons, as listed: Refer to the Chief Engineer for consideration. `No. $12: SURVEY FOR MULTIPLE PURPOSE WATER RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT OF WAIPIO RIVER From Council Chairman Robert M.
