As required by Section 3- 6(b)(4) of the Hawaii County Charter, I hereby appoint Jon Henricks
to the position of Deputy County Clerk effective December 1, 2014.
This appointment is exempt from Civil Service laws and classification and is subject to approval
by the Hawaii County Council.
