Ananda-Stout of Keaau is a 10-year resident of Hawaii and is an Assistant Professor of the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Mrs. Ananda-Stout will be replacing June Y. Shibuya of Hilo, who has resigned due to a conflict in her work schedule. She will serve the balance of the unexpired term which will end on December 4, 2000. • Antoinette K. Almeida of Hilo is a 42-year resident of Hawaii and is the Executive Director of Haola, Inc. Mrs. Almeida will be replacing Judith S. Goldstein of Hilo, whose term expired on December 31, 1998. She will serve a term to end on December 31, 2002. • Lori A. Cannon of Kona is a 40-year resident of Hawaii and is a registered nurse at the Kona Community Hospital. Ms. Cannon will be replacing Patrice L. Springer of Kona, whose term expired on December 31, 1998. She will serve a term to end on December 31, 2002. • Jacqui L. Hoover of Waikoloa is a 38-year resident of Hawaii and is the General Manager of Kings' Shops at the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
