This project is to widen and improve Manono Street from Lanikaula Street to Kekuanao'a Street in order to enhance traffic, pedestrian, ADA, and bicycle circulation in the area, as well as to improve drainage. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled "Manono Street Improvements" and to appropriate $2,500,000 to the Capital Budget of which $2,000,000 is provided by Federal Funding, and $500,000 by the County. The basis for the appropriations is to increase funding for Right of Way acquisition, and construction costs.
