The following is testimony regarding Bill 318 from Guinevere Burnard, sales
representative for Sea Dwelling Creatures out of Los Angeles. Previously Aquaculture
specialist and Husbandry= with Exotic Reef Imports of Los Angeles. 13 years
experience within the aquarium industry.
With regards to the packing methods used currently they are satisfactory and yield
very health specimens. When they arrive to our facility most are saleable within 24
hours after arrival. With close to zero losses. Higher losses occur when fish have been
fed within 24 hours before being shipped. These fish die or suffer ammonia burn
from their own waste.
Sincerely,
Guinapora Burnard-
