This is in regards to your aquarium bill concerning fish being shipped and arrival. My name is Bill
Carchman and I am a salesperson for Sea Dwelling Creatures in California. I have been in the industry
for over 24 years and the fish from Hawaii are very healthy, and come in good condition and I really
don't see any reason to make any changes as far as handling or packing methods. Please don't change
how you are currently doing this.
