Aloha,
My name is Ben Kamanao Casuga. I'm 43 years old and have been collecting, handling and shipping
tropical fish for more than 20 years. When I found out about bill 318, 1 was totally surprised at the intent
of the bill. The results of this bill, if passed, is totally the opposite of " best practices" for the shipping and
handling of aquarium fishes.
Bill 318 is a bad bill and it is not based on good science. I oppose this bill.
