To whom it may concern,
I most certainly do NOT support the proposed Bill 318. As a lifelong resident of the state of
Hawaii and an avid snorkeler, I have never seen more juvenile reef fish than I am seeing this
year.
A far more beneficial approach to saving our reef fish would be an active program to
control the population of the very destructive /invasive Roi!
