NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE

COUNTY OF HAWAII, in accordance with Section 2 -111 of the Hawaii County Code,
that the County of Hawaii authorizes a grant of easement for the construction,
reconstruction, repair, maintenance and operation of a water service line and a sewer or
cesspool line, and to use such appliances and equipment as may be necessary for the
transmission and distribution of water and the transmission of wastewater and/or sewage,
as delineated in the description and map submitted by Wes Thomas and Associates,

attached hereto, over the described portion of the abandoned government road, until
termination of those specific purposes, to Robert C. Robertson, his successors and assigns
for the consideration of $700.00
