My message to the Committee:
Aloha Chair Wille and Committee Members,
I support Bill 318 protecting Hawaii s reef wildlife from harmful
aquarium trade starvation and insufficient water volume during
shipping.
The fish/ reefs need better protection. They are a huge part of
Hawaii's natural ecosystem and economy. I'm for higher permitting
fees for collection, limited number of permits released annually and
tighter state regulations on handling of the fish.
