The proposed amendments are illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 302 (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underlined). 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 302 is amended by amending the definition of a "retail tobacco store," as provided in Section 14 -20, to read as follows: " "Retail tobacco store" means a store which primarily sells tobacco products electronic smoking devices, and accessories, with an entrance door opening directly to the outside, that derives more than [nib] fifty-one percent of its gross revenue from the sale of tobacco products, electronic smoking devices, and other smoking accessories, and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental. "Retail tobacco store" does not include a tobacco department or section of another business with any type of liquor, food, or restaurant license, or a store within or part of an indoor public place or a workplace, such as a shopping mall." 2. Section 7 of Bill No. 302 is amended to read as follows: "SECTION 7. This ordinance shall take effect [on januafy , 2015.1 upon its approval."
