Both of these streets are very narrow and there is usually not enough shoulder to accommodate off the road parking. This has resulted in many instances of parked cars taking up to 1/3 or even half of the road, forcing us to navigate around the car in the on coming traffic lane. This has been especially dangerous when it occurs right before or after a blind curve on Ono or cresting a hill on Marlin only to find a car that we couldn't see blocking our lane. This is further compounded by the fact that neither of these streets has street lights and it is especially dangerous at night.
