AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14 -82, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14 -82, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mass Trans Maint. & Baseyard Facility — Federal
(110.199.5191.55) $ 4,000,000
Mass Trans Maint. & Baseyard Facility — County
(110.199.5191.56) $ 6,000,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $ 4,000,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance
and /or other Sources $ 6,000,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
