COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 12 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14-82, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14-82, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing <br />Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, is hereby amended by establishing the <br />program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds <br />which is in the following accounts of the Capital Projects Fund as detailed in the attached exhibit B: <br />2271.26 <br />Fuel Tax Increase 96-98 <br />2271.27 <br />Fuel Tax Increase 98-00 <br />2271.28 <br />Fuel Tax Increase 00-02 <br />2271.30 <br />Fuel Tax Increase 04-06 <br />2271.31 <br />Fuel Tax Increase 06-08 <br />2271.32 <br />Fuel Tax Increase 08-10 <br />$ 13,762.13 <br />85.02 <br />129,706.78 <br />3,762.00 <br />1,094,410.97 <br />2,144,061.73 <br />TOTAL: $ 3,385,788.63 <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br />other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision <br />or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
