BILL NO. 12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14-82, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14-82, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing
Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, is hereby amended by establishing the
program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds
which is in the following accounts of the Capital Projects Fund as detailed in the attached exhibit B:

SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision
or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
