I support Bill 318 protecting Hawaii's reef wildlife from harmful

aquarium trade starvation and insufficient water volume during
shipping.

I am a scuba diver, and it's very obvious that the fish populations

in Hawaiian waters are quite depleted. Anything we can do to reduce
the unnecessary taking of fish from our waters should be done. This
bill is a step in the right direction, since it will reduce the
unnecessary waste of precious fish life due to current aquarium trade
practices.
