SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 302, Draft 2; Relating to Prohibition of Smoking in Certain
Places and the Use of Electronic Smoking Devices
Please find attached Bill No. 302, Draft 2. Bill No. 302 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 1091.107 and duly approved by the Council on December 17, 2014.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24.1(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 302, as amended to Draft 2, on second and final reading.
