Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 13, reports as follows:
Bill No. 13, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 48 dated
December 17, 2014, amends Ordinance No. 14-81, as amended, the Operating Budget for the
County of Hawaii for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
This bill appropriates revenue as follows:

This bill appropriates excess revenue to the Capital Projects Fund in order to be expended by the
Department of Public Works.
There was no discussion on this measurc.
Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes; County departments must obtain the consent
of the Council to enter into agreements with the Federal or State governments or any other public
body or bodies respecting action to be taken pursuant to any powers granted by law to furnish,
expend, and receive any funds or other assistance in connection with projects being or to be
undertaken pursuant to those powers.

recommends its passage on first reading.
