Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request an
attorney- client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on matters pertaining to a proposed settlement agreement between the Department of Health,
State of Hawai'i, and the County of Hawai'i related to the above - entitled Notices and Finding of
Violations. We ask that this matter be placed on the County Council's January 23, 2015
agenda.
