COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL, NO. 306 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15 4 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24 -275, <br />SCHEDULE 23 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), <br />RELATING TO BUS STOPS AND PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. This amendment is being proposed base on a request to provide a bus stop <br />within this area of downtown Hilo. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24 -275, schedule 23. <br />Bus stop locations, paragraph (c), South Hilo, is amended by adding the following new item and <br />renumbering as required: <br />"O Shipman Street, adjacent to parcels 2 -3- 004:003 and 2 -3- 004:004 from 8:00 a.m. to <br />12:00 p.m., on school das." <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br />and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
