Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4). I Iawai`i Revised Statutes. as amended, we request
attorney- client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on questions and issues pertaining to its powers. duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities
regarding the above - entitled matter including a request for special counsel with approval of'
payment of costs not to exceed "ten "thousand Dollars ($10.000). We ask that this case be placed
on the Councils February 4, 2015 agenda.
