Re: Claim regarding Makana Fernandez (minor)
Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request an
attorney - client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on a personal injury incident occurring on January 2, 2013.
We ask that this matter be placed on the County Council's February 4, 2015
agenda.
