Attached is a resolution requesting that the Corporation Counsel take action to enforce Ordinance No. 12 -151. I am requesting a waiver from the appropriate Committee and placement on the February 4, 2015, Council agenda. In reviewing this matter, timely approval is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and the matter be placed onto the next Council agenda for review. However, in the event this request is denied, for whatever reason, I understand the matter shall be referred to the Committee on Agriculture, Water, and Energy Sustainability for placement on its future agenda.
