SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 2, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 24,
Article 10, Division 1, Section 24 -255, Schedule 3 of the Hawaii County
Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Relating to 25 MPH Speed Limit
Please find attached Bill No. 2, Draft 2, relating to 25 MPH Speed Limit. This draft
contains the friendly amendment to Bill No. 2 that was made by the Council during its
January 23, 2015 meeting.
The purpose of the amendment was to correct an error in Section 2, item (30) of the Bill. For
illustrative purposes, the amendment made to the language of Bill 2, Section 2, item (30) has been
bolded and ramseyered below.
"(30) Wright Road, from its [southwester-fl] southeastern terminus to Olomea
Road."
