We have received your letter of July 7,1998, regarding the above subject.
It is our understanding that the streets have been constructed in accordance with approved
plans and the Department of Public Works has cpmpleted its final inspection of the
improvements. We have no additional comments on the deed document. As requested,
we are returning the document to you.
Enclosed is a copy of our letter to the developer, Towne Development of Hawaii, Inc.
regarding the Street Names for these streets.
