Please find attached a resolution of determination to proceed to create and define a sewer system
improvement district for the Lono Kona subdivision by way of the improvement district
provisions of chapter 12 of the Hawaii County Code.
I am requesting that this be placed on the February 17, 2015 Committee agenda.
